UAE : Dubai is the No. 1 Tourist Destination of the World





United Arab Emirates (UAE) consists of seven emirates and was founded on 2nd December 1971 as a federation. Six of the seven emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah) combined on that date. The seventh, Ras al Khaimah, joined the federation on 10 February 1972.

The name of Dubai or Dubayy first appeared in a book in Andalusia in the 11th century  name of Dubai first appeared in Commercial  Map in 1822,  population that time was around 1000 persons.
  
Oil was discovered in Dubai just over 50 years ago,from 1770 to 1930 the pearl industry was the main source of income,  

Dubai is famous for sightseeing attractions such as the Burj Khalifa (the world's tallest building) and shopping malls that come complete with mammoth aquariums and indoor ski slopes.
