Dietary acidity remedies - useful Tips





The problem of stomach acid is all over the world, but it is more common in countries where poultry, spicy and acidic foods are eaten with gusto. There are some foods that can be used to reduce acidity.
Ginger: Ginger is very effective against acidity. Ginger has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Along with acidity, it is also useful in heartburn, indigestion and other stomach ailments a small piece of fresh ginger can be taken with other foods.

Green leafy vegetables: Green leafy vegetables such as spinach, mint, coriander, fenugreek and cabbage can be part of your daily diet to get rid of acidity. However, if they are eaten chicken and spiced, it will not be of any use.

Yogurt: If you suffer from heartburn and acidity, use a cup of yogurt. You can add bananas or melons to yogurt to increase its effectiveness.

Banana: Banana contains alkaline so it is useful in acidity. In case of any such problem, you can eat one to two bananas. Banana is delicious in taste so it is eaten with gusto.

Barley porridge: People who suffer from acidosis should eat barley porridge for breakfast. The fiber found in it helps in eliminating bloating. It also has the ability to absorb excess acid in the stomach. Some fiber-rich foods are also useful for this problem.

Melon: Melon is an alkaline fruit. Use it in case of acidity, it will be beneficial. It is very useful for the digestive system. Its use gives immediate relief.

Potatoes: Potatoes are also useful, but they should not be fried. Other root vegetables are also beneficial.

Fish and seafood: Fish and seafood are good for stomach acid but should not be fried or spicy.

Parsley: Parsley is used to decorate dishes but it is also important in getting rid of acidity. In fact, it has been used for hundreds of years.
