Maldives will open for Tourist from 15th July

 


Maldives will open its borders for Tourists from  15th July, it announced by Maldives President Ibrahim Mohammad Saleh. 

Resorts and Hotels located on uninhabited island will allowed to resume business but Hotels and guest houses at inhabited islands will be opened from 1st August 2020.

Tourism is the major source of foreign exchange earning for the country, however, the tourism industry came to standstill due to Covid-19 pandemic.
